Founded by Dr. Shanta' Barton-Stubbs, we are a private practice of therapists, mentors and teachers, who provide individual counseling services, mentoring, life skills classes and various groups/workshops for adults, adolescence and children. Under Construction Empowerment Services' mission is to empower and foster growth in people through the realization that we are all under construction throughout our lives. Under Construction serves to guide adults and children through their paths through motivational speaking, counseling, mentoring, consultations, book publishing and life skill lessons.
